This is a 39-acre holding, comprising much of the south side of Baker Hill, looking down Craftsbury Road. All but two acres is managed forest land. In December 2010 Auriel and Ethan Gray, their sister, Megan Paterson-Brown, and father Clive donated an easement on the property, reserving a potential 2-acre house site on Grays’ Road. As late as the 1940s the land was used as pasture by the Lumsden farm on Barr Hill Road.
